Code of Conduct for Students
- Students should reach the school well before in time. They will not be allowed to leave the school on short leave unless they show their identity card at the gate even though they are accompanied by parents guardians.
- No students are allowed to carry a celphone or any electronic gadget to the school. If any child is found carrying, it will be confiscated & deposited in the office. It illbe returned to the parents at the end of academic year.
- Students should not leave their class unnecessarily at the end of every period.
- Students should be habitually clean & always neatly dressed. Keeping different hair styles & use of hair gel is not allowed. All boys except Sikhs must keep their hair short or get their hair cut at regular intervals.
- Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is not allowed.
- Parents/guardians may meet the Principal during the allotted time.
- Students are not allowed to use school telephone for petty matters without the permission. They will not be called to answer phone calls during class hours.
- Students using school bus should maintain discipline in the bus. Students should not hamper the clean & green atmosphere of the school.
- School premises should not be littered with disposable tumblers papers or polythene bags. Do not pluck flowers.
- Students are expected to respect school property. They should not damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls.
- Students are not allowed to bring any sharp instruments such as knife or any other kind of object that can cause injury to others.
- Students are advised to keep their classroom school campus & building as clean as possible. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles to the school.
- Juniors should be treated with love & affection by the seniors. Juniors should show respect to their seniors. Spitting, smoking, writing on the shirts/ uniform, any form of gambling, use of drugs & intoxicants, use of violence in any form, casteism, communalism or untouchability in any form, bursting crackers or throwing colours on others, in the school premises is no allowed.
- Students should bear the school uniform on all Class days and for school functions.
- Students should get their Report card signed by their Parents / Guardians within three days of the receipt of the report cards and return them to the class teacher.
- Students must obey Captains, prefects, Monitors and other students on duty.
- Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than 15 consecutive days renders the student liable to have his name struck off the rolls.
- It is compulsory for the students to complete 75% of the attendance in the academic session to make them eligible to sit for final examination. The percentage however could be relaxed on medical grounds.
- Student indulging in aggressive or violent behaviour outside or within the school will be punished. Students using unfairmeans during examination will face disciplinary action as decided by the school authorities.
- Bunking school / classes is strictly forbidden & will lead to disciplinary action against the student. The school gate will close 5 minutes after the first bell & disciplinary action will be taken against late arrivals.
