A library to modify the famous metaphor of Socrates, should be the delivery room for the birth of ideas – a place where history comes to life. Library at R.R.K. School Chandausi, is quite spacious and furnished with a large variety of books. It is the mirror of the sublimity of education imparted by the school. Here the students, by reading world class books lit the cressets of knowledge in the dark abysm of unknown.

Books:-

RRK School library has a large collection of about 16000 books on a wide variety of subjects. Literature, education, science, computer, history, geography, technology, language, fiction, ethics, Theology, environment etc. About 1500 book are added every year.

News paper:-

We have a collection 7 newspapers and about 10 periodicals. The news papers are – The Hindiustan Times, The Times of India, The Indian Express, The Financial Times, Pioneer, Amar Ujala, DanikJagran, Hindustan.

The periodicals are – VigyanPragati, Science Reporter, Chemistry Today, Biology Today, Physics Today, Maths Today etc.

Magazines :-

We have about 30 magazines to cater to the hankering of students on a wide variety of subjects. Some of the prominent magazines are – India Today, Champak, Nandan, Balhans, Sarita, Kadambari, Aah! Zindgi, Lakshya, Computer Sanchar Soochna, Computer Career Disha, SamsamyikiMahasagar, LokSandesh, Cricket Samrat, Farm and food, Renu General Knowledge, Chanda Mama, Current Affair etc.

Reference Books-:-: We have about 300 reference books. Dictionaries, Atlases, World Knowledge Books, Books on General Knowledge, Religion and Science, Encyclopedias etcare one some of them.

Membership:-

Teachers and students both can avail the opportunity of library.For students a book is issued for one week.One student can get one book at a time.Such condition is not applicable for teachers.
